About Gourmet Dessert Tubs
Every tub is assembled to order in my Malad kitchen, ensuring the layers stay distinct and the textures remain perfect. My 500g format comfortably serves 3 to 4 people, making these tubs an ideal pick for small family gatherings or a thoughtful, ready-to-eat gift.
When I started The Dessert Chowk, I wanted to create desserts that felt like home. My layered tubs are exactly that—comfort food, but elevated.
The Layering Process I take a lot of care with these. It is not just about dumping ingredients in a box. For my Tiramisu, I carefully soak the ladyfingers so they are moist but not soggy, then layer them with my signature mascarpone cream. My Rasmalai Cake Tub involves a fusion of Indian and Western techniques—soaking the sponge in saffron milk and layering it with cardamom-infused cream.

- Is delivery available? I deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. If you are picking up from Malad West, you can swing by and grab yours fresh from the counter.
