About Cake Mithai: Our Signature Fusion Desserts
Think of these as a bridge between tradition and modern indulgence. We replicate that signature melt-in-your-mouth experience while packing a punch, like a creamy Rasmalai or intense dark chocolate center. Since we craft these fresh in our Bandra bakery, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the fillings are perfectly set for your event.
Our Cake Mithai represents a genuine experiment in flavor blending. We wanted to offer something that fits both a traditional festive spread and a modern party table. By combining the classic, soft structure of pedha with the intense profiles of popular cakes, we created a sweet that feels familiar yet entirely new.

I am Rohit, and with my mom Deepa, we run Vanilla Beans out of our home in Bandra. We started this because we wanted to create desserts that bring people together, and our Cake Mithai is the heart of that, mixing the nostalgia of Indian sweets with the fun of modern cake flavors.
