About A Very Vanilla Christmas
We start soaking our dry fruits months in advance to get the flavor just right, but we close pre-orders for the entire Christmas range on December 23rd to ensure every batch is fresh. Everything we make is 100% vegetarian, whether you choose our classic rum-soaked plum cake or our festive fusion cake mithai boxes.
Christmas at Vanilla Beans is about balancing nostalgia with new flavors. We know how important the traditional plum cake is, which is why we offer a version with dry fruits soaked in rum for over six months, alongside a non-alcoholic option for everyone to enjoy. These are dense, spiced, and deeply flavorful.
We also love experimenting, which led us to create our Christmas Cake Mithai. We have taken the concept of traditional Indian sweets and reimagined them with holiday-inspired centers like mint chocolate, red velvet, and rich plum cake. These are perfect if you want to send a gift that stands out from the usual cookies or chocolates.
