Whether you need a birthday centrepiece or a festive treat, all our fusion cakes are 100% vegetarian and can be made eggless. Because we soak the sponges in real syrup—like saffron-milk for Rasmalai or sugar syrup for Gulab Jamun—these cakes are best enjoyed fresh. We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare your order to be at its moistest.
When we talk about 'Mithai Reimagined,' we mean treating these cakes with the same care as a traditional Indian dessert. For our Rasmalai Cake, that means using an eggless vanilla sponge infused with real saffron and cardamom milk. We don’t just top it with a sweet; we layer it with crumbled paneer and rasmalai bits to get that authentic texture.
The Gulab Jamun Cake follows a similar process. The sponge is soaked in a signature sugar syrup (chasni) to ensure it stays moist, even after it leaves our Kanjurmarg kitchen. We use stabilized non-dairy whipped cream specifically because Mumbai weather can be tricky, and we want your cake to hold its structure until the moment you cut it.
