About Our Champions: Tournament Success

Winning a medal starts long before the tournament day. In our training, we use specific match simulations and multi-ball drills to ensure that when my students face a high-pressure serve at the Delhi state rankings, they know exactly how to react. It is about building muscle memory, not just talent.
