We don’t just watch you play; we actually get on the floor with you. Whether you’re joining our evening corporate batch to blow off steam or bringing your child for their first lesson, you’ll find our training is heavy on footwork drills and multi-ball repetition. We’re located at DPSG School in Sushant Lok, and our goal is simple: getting you comfortable with the paddle from day one.
How We Train
At Exclusive Table Tennis Academy, we believe the right foundation makes all the difference. Our coaching methodology is built on three pillars:
- Multi-ball Training: This is how we sharpen reflexes and consistency. We use high-repetition drills so that your strokes become second nature.
- Footwork-First Approach: A powerful smash means nothing if you aren't in the right position. We dedicate significant time to agility drills and pivot training, ensuring you can cover the table with ease.
- Holistic Fitness: It is not just about the bat and ball. We incorporate core strengthening, yoga, and meditation to build the match temperament required for tournaments.
Programs for Your Level
- Junior Skills & Foundation: For our youngest champs (ages 4-12), we focus on hand-eye coordination, balance, and having fun while learning the game. We keep batch sizes small so every child gets individual attention.
- High-Performance Training: For those aiming for district or state rankings, our competitive batches are intensive. Expect daily sessions, robot-assisted training, and specialized tactical analysis.
- Adult Recreation & Corporate Batches: If you are looking to stay fit after a long day at the office, our evening sessions are designed for you. We focus on rallying, cardio fitness, and stress relief in a supportive environment.
Everything takes place in our air-conditioned indoor facility at DPSG School, Sushant Lok. Regardless of your experience level, you are welcome to come in, grab a paddle, and join the family.
