WARRIOR Rhythm: Mindful Movement
This is my signature fitness-focused class with yoga undertones. We blend rebel yoga flows, HIIT, strength training, and mindfulness into one rhythmic experience, all set to incredible music. It’s a full-body workout that will leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and deeply connected to yourself.
WARRIOR Strength: Build Real Strength
This is where we put the fun in functional training. I focus on resistance and strength workouts, especially for women, using equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, and battle ropes. These sessions are designed to make you feel powerful and improve your strength for real-life activities.

I design high-energy wellness sessions for corporate teams that focus on connection, mental health, and boosting morale. I’ve had the pleasure of bringing my WARRIOR Rhythm format to amazing teams from Lululemon, Adidas Runners, Renaissance Hotel, and Leap.club.
