Design & Project Management
Concept narratives with 2D layout planning to optimize flow. Includes 3D visualizations of key areas and regular site supervision by the principal architect.
Civil Work & Flooring
Includes demolition of non-load-bearing walls and plastering. Flooring upgrades involve a mix of Moroccan tiles for foyers and high-grade vitrified tiles or wooden flooring for bedrooms.
Custom Joinery
Modular kitchens with water-resistant HDHMR carcasses and PU/Duco finishes. Wardrobes feature floor-to-ceiling designs using signature rattan, cane weaving, or fluted glass shutters.
