About Dance & Fitness Routines
My sessions are designed to be flow-based and easy to follow, so you won't get stuck worrying about footwork. We combine about 5 minutes of joint mobility with 45 minutes of high-energy Bollywood and Tollywood cardio, wrapping up with a quick stretch that leaves you feeling good, not just tired.
I believe fitness should be a 'bhasad' (fun chaos), not a chore. Whether you are in Bangalore or NCR, my approach is consistent—we keep it simple, repetitive, and packed with energy. You don't need to be a pro dancer to enjoy my Bollywood Zumba or Bhangra routines.
We focus on 'follow-the-leader' style cardio, which is perfect for groups, office energizers, or just a personal fitness boost. My playlist mixes the best of Punjabi hits and mass-appeal Tollywood beats to keep the vibe high. If you are planning an event or a group workout, let me know your space, and I will handle the music and energy.

- Do I need to be a trained dancer? Absolutely not. If you can move, you can join. We prioritize fun over perfect steps.

- Where do you conduct sessions? I travel across Bangalore and NCR. Just provide the sound system with Aux or Bluetooth, and I will take care of the rest.
