A look at the discipline, sweat, and team spirit that defines our training sessions at the academy. This is where we build players from the ground up.

This is what all the hard work is for. A player executes a powerful jump spike during a competitive match in front of a crowd, showing the high-level performance we train for.

We build strength that you can use on the court. Here, a young athlete shows her power by carrying a heavy tire and then doing explosive jumps, a key part of our volleyball strength and conditioning program.

Perfecting the attack is a process. I am seen here guiding a player as he leaps high above the net for a spike, demonstrating the hands-on coaching I provide to improve technique and power.

Defense is about being fearless. This video shows a player learning the 'dolphin dive' technique using a tire, a special drill we use to teach players how to dive for the ball safely and effectively.

Speed and agility are non-negotiable. You can hear me pushing my players through a fast-paced defensive movement drill, telling them to keep their hips down and touch the ground. This is how we build reaction time.

We are more than a team, we are a family. This clip shows me giving a motivational talk about team spirit, followed by our players celebrating a well-earned victory with their trophy.

It doesn't matter how young you are, it only matters how hard you are willing to work. A young boy practices his setting and passing against a wall, showing that my camp is for all ages, starting from the basics.

Success is earned, not given. Our girls' team proudly poses with their championship trophies, a testament to their dedication and the winning culture we build at the academy.

We don't just teach volleyball; we build athletes on our unique, outdoor sand-soil courts at the Shivaji Sports Complex. Our training relies on high-intensity, unconventional drills—tire drags, heavy ladder work, and mud-surface diving—that you won't find in typical indoor clubs. If you are looking to put in the hours and earn your place on the court, this is where you start.
