Master Volleyball Spiking and Serving in Delhi
Don't just hit the ball. Hit it with power. We drill the basics of your arm swing, approach, and jump until your attack becomes your weapon on the court.
Repetition builds mastery. A player first practices his arm swing and contact point against a wall, then takes that skill to the net for a live spiking drill with a feeder.
From practice to performance. A female player approaches the net and executes a clean spike during a controlled drill, putting her training into a game-like action.
I work with each player to refine their attack. Here, I am personally setting up the ball for a player to practice her spike, allowing us to focus on timing, approach, and hitting technique.
The right footwork is everything in an attack. This drill focuses specifically on the attacking steps, ensuring players develop a consistent and explosive approach to the net.
We practice attacking from all positions. This clip shows multiple players running through spiking drills, working on their jump and timing to deliver a powerful hit over the net.
Dedication doesn't watch the clock. My players are here after dark, practicing their serves and spikes under the lights, showing the commitment it takes to become a better player.
About Attacking Power: Spiking & Serving
Before you ever jump for a spike, we spend hours on wall volleys. It sounds boring, but this is how you build the wrist control and contact point muscle memory you actually need. If you cannot control the ball against a wall, you won't control it at the net during a match.
Attacking in volleyball is not about being the tallest person on the court. It is about timing, footwork, and knowing exactly where to place the ball. At our academy in Shivaji Sports Complex, we break this down into stages.
First, we fix your arm swing. Beginners often rush the motion, so I make them stand against the wall until their contact point is consistent. Once your wrist snaps correctly every single time, we move to the net.
Second, we work on your approach. We use markers on our sand courts to ensure your steps are explosive and balanced. If your feet are wrong, your jump will be short, and your spike will lack power.
Serving is the same. We don't just hit the ball over the net and hope for the best. We drill jump serves and target practice until you can hit the corners consistently.
Everything we do is designed to build muscle memory under fatigue. You will be tired, but that is when you learn the most. Join our 30-day intensive camp or sign up for the full season pass to turn your attack into a consistent threat.
