Bring the grandeur of a Maharaja’s palace to your wedding day. We specialize in custom-built reception stages with intricate architectural facades, domes, and arches that make a bold, royal statement in Navi Mumbai.

This is the kind of grandeur I love to create. For this royal reception, I designed a massive, multi-level stage with teal and white palace-style arches, a central mandap, and intricate water features to give the couple a truly majestic experience.

I build dream wedding stages, like this expansive 'Rajwada' setup. The design features a pristine white palace facade, complete with domes and archways, creating a timeless and elegant backdrop for the main ceremony.

This video gives you a glimpse into a royal-themed wedding where I constructed a grand, palace-like entrance in warm golden tones. Inside, a ceiling of red autumn leaves created a canopy over the entire space.

A low-angle view of the expansive royal stage, showing the detailed patterned carpet leading up to the tiered white steps and the grand teal structures. The scale of the setup is designed to be awe-inspiring.

This angle highlights the central ceremony mandap, flanked by palatial arches. The combination of the modern patterned carpet and classic architectural elements creates a unique fusion style for this grand wedding.

A closer look at the stage details, including the pristine white floral arrangements in classic urns, the small fountains, and the intricate design of the teal backdrops. Every element contributes to the royal theme.

This video tour showcases the full scope of this European palace-themed wedding decor, from the guest seating and grand entrance arch to the detailed floral work and tree lighting.

Watch the transformation as I build a 'Rajwada' palace from the ground up. This video shows the process from structural framework to the final, beautifully lit facade, ready for the wedding celebration.

This night view shows how I use lighting to transform a space. The white dome-topped structures, inspired by traditional Indian architecture, are illuminated to create a magical and inviting atmosphere for an evening event.

A side view of the traditional dome-style setup, showing the unique umbrella-like structures that form the venue's facade. The design provides both an open feel and a sense of enclosure.

About Royal Palace Receptions

These aren't just backdrops; they are structural transformations. I use custom Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) facades designed to mirror traditional Rajasthani palace architecture, including functioning domes and arches. This is built over a sturdy truss grid so it holds up even in open-ground settings without losing that polished, indoor-banquet finish.

Bring the Palace to Your Venue

When I build a Rajwada-themed stage, the goal is to shift the atmosphere instantly. Whether you’re hosting at a banquet hall or an open ground in Navi Mumbai, we recreate the scale and detail of an Indian palace.

Architecture Meets Engineering

We don't just put up curtains. Our palace facades—often spanning 40ft to 60ft—are built using FRP structures that replicate stone carvings, jharokhas, and domes. We treat these like architectural projects. This means integrating heavy-duty trussing to support the massive structures and ensuring the floor is leveled with premium printed carpets that match the palace aesthetic.

Lighting the Royal Way

A palace theme fails without the right lighting. I layer warm fairy lights around trees and poles to frame the stage, while using sharp LED washes and spotlights to highlight the textures of the FRP domes and archways. It’s about creating depth, not just illumination.

The Fresh Floral Touch

No royal setup is complete without fresh flowers. I frame the palace arches with dense roses and carnations, ensuring the floral work feels organic to the structure rather than glued on. We also integrate custom signage into the facade itself, so the couple’s name feels like a part of the architecture.
