A home is defined by its smallest elements. We focus on the textures and finishes—from hand-painted handles to custom tile patterns—that turn a living space into a personal sanctuary.

The geometric pattern from the main door is carried through to the window grills, creating a cohesive design language for the home's exterior.

About The Beauty in the Details

It is the small things that stay with you long after the paint dries. Whether it is the specific grain of a teak door handle, the tactile warmth of Kota stone underfoot, or the rhythm of brick arches in a hallway, these details ground a house. When you work with us, we do not just pick finishes from a catalog. We design them with local artisans to ensure every corner of your home feels intentional and made just for you.

Architecture is often judged by the big picture, but we believe the soul of a house lives in the details. When we design for your home, we look at the textures you touch every day.

We prioritize materials that age gracefully and tell a story. You will see us using teak and rubberwood, not just for their durability, but for the warmth they bring to a room. Our approach to hardware and fixtures, such as hand-painted handles or custom brass inlays, turns functional items into focal points.

We also lean into vernacular materials like Kota stone, cement tiles, and exposed brick. These are not just aesthetic choices. They are climate-responsive solutions that help keep your home cool and naturally ventilated. By working with a network of master artisans from Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, we ensure that every geometric pattern on a window grill or every curve of a staircase handrail is executed with precision.

If you are planning your interior layout, we invite you to think about how these materials will interact with your daily life. A well-designed kitchen, for instance, pairs the practicality of granite countertops with the soft aesthetic of rubberwood cabinetry. Every element, from the jaali screens that cast shadows on your wall to the step lights on your staircase, is planned to create a rhythm and perspective that makes your space feel truly custom.

I am Sanjay Jain, and for me, architecture is about bringing local hands and mitti (earth) together. My team and I build spaces that belong to the tropics, not just sit on it. We pour our focus into the smallest elements because that is where a house truly starts to feel like a home.
