The explosive start is crucial in any sprint. This video shows one of our athletes during an intense block start session, honing the power and technique needed to get ahead of the competition.

Proper preparation and recovery are non-negotiable for peak performance. Here, our head coach demonstrates essential stretching and mobility exercises we teach our athletes.

The journey to victory starts young. We guide our little champions as they take their first leaps in long jump, building their confidence and fundamental skills in a fun and supportive environment.

High knees, high energy, high impact. This video shows our young athletes working hard on their form during a high knee drill, a fundamental exercise for improving running mechanics and speed.

About Expert Coaching & Youth Development

At our Andheri West academy, we maintain a strict 1:15 coach-to-student ratio. This ensures we can personally observe your child’s running mechanics, correct their posture during drills, and provide the safety cues they need while learning complex movements like sprint starts or long jumps.

Building Athletic Foundations

True athletic growth requires more than just showing up to the track. Our program focuses on the science of movement, introducing young athletes to ABC drills (Agility, Balance, and Coordination) that form the bedrock of elite performance. We break down sprint mechanics into teachable segments, ensuring kids learn to run with efficiency and injury prevention in mind, rather than just raw speed.

Training Structure

We offer a 12-session foundation program that runs three days a week. You can choose from 6:00 AM morning batches to start the day with energy, or 4:00 PM evening slots. We also offer specialized residential technical camps and high-altitude endurance training for those looking to push into competitive territory. Every athlete, regardless of age, gets direct supervision from our NIS-certified coaching staff, ensuring that the growth we see on the track translates into character development off the field.
