Meet Mr. V Bala Govind, a coach with over 40 years of unmatched experience. His expertise has produced numerous international athletes, and his values are a direct reflection of our academy's commitment to excellence.
This is our head coach, Firoz Ustad. As a former athlete and a certified coach from the National Institute of Sports, he is a well-known and respected figure in the athletics community, from the district to the federation level.
Meet Mr. Chirag Patel, a professional athlete specializing in High Jump. His exceptional technique earned him a spot in the Junior India Camp at just 13, and he brings a global perspective with a sports management certification from New York University.

We operate with a strict 1:15 coach-to-student ratio to ensure every athlete gets individual attention. Our approach is grounded in sports science and NIS-certified training standards, removing the guesswork from your fitness journey.
Meet The Team
- V Bala Govind: Bringing over 40 years of experience to the field, Bala Sir has a track record of developing athletes who represent India on international stages. His mentorship is the backbone of our academy's commitment to long-term athletic development.
- Firoz Ustad (Head Coach): As a former competitive athlete and NIS-certified coach, Firoz leads our daily operations. He understands the transition from local road races to professional tracks and focuses heavily on sprint mechanics and agility.
- Chirag Patel: A high jump specialist, Chirag brings a contemporary perspective to our training. Having trained for the Junior India Camp and holding global certifications in sports management, he specializes in technical clearance techniques for jumpers.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all coaching. We combine these varied backgrounds to create training plans that adapt to your specific strengths, whether you are a 4-year-old learning to coordinate your feet or an adult training for your first marathon.
