Martial Arts Training for Kids and Adults in New Delhi
I blend ITF Taekwon-Do and kickboxing to help you build focus, fitness, and a fighter’s mindset. Whether you are starting young or training as an adult, I provide the structure and guidance you need to grow on and off the mat.
Here I am working with one of my youngest students on his punching technique. For kids, I make the drills engaging while still focusing on correct form and discipline.

About Coaching in Session: Kids & Adults
My training on the mat is direct and active. I do not just stand and watch; I am in the mix, calling out specific cues like 'Guard রাখ' (keep your guard) to ensure your technique is sharp and reflexive. Every session follows a clear flow—from foundational drills and pad work to conditioning—so you know exactly what you are working toward, whether it is belt grading or functional fitness.
How We Train
When you step into my academy at C.R. Park, you are not just signing up for a workout; you are learning a system. My approach to martial arts training relies on a strong foundation. For kids, this means making the process playful but disciplined, where they learn stance and focus before moving to complex combinations. For adults, the training is high-energy, focusing on cardiovascular endurance, power generation, and real-world self-defense skills.
The ITF Taekwon-Do Syllabus
We strictly adhere to the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) syllabus. This provides a structured path for your progress. You will work through belt levels, starting from basic movements and progressing to intricate sparring combinations and technical drills. I keep the group sizes manageable so that I can provide individual attention, correcting micro-movements and biomechanics in real-time.
Kickboxing & Functional Fitness
If your goal is fitness or stress relief, my kickboxing classes are designed to push your limits. We blend boxing punches with Taekwon-Do kicks, utilizing heavy bags and focus mitts to build power. This is not about mindless repetition. It is about learning how to use your whole body, controlling your breathing, and staying alert.
Beyond the Physical
Martial arts is about the fighter's mindset. You will learn to push past physical fatigue and mental barriers. Whether you are here for competition prep or to improve your daily confidence, my goal is to give you the tools to change your ending. We prioritize consistency, respect for the dojang, and honest effort above all else.
