About this collection
Don't expect to jump into complex choreography on day one here. The work begins at the barre with old-school drills, where every isolation and shift in weight is corrected until it becomes muscle memory. It is demanding, it is slow, and it is how we ensure that when you finally do move, every gesture is intentional and precise.
Our curriculum strips away the fluff to focus on the essential building blocks of movement. In the Integrated Foundation Program, we treat dance as a serious discipline. Students work through rigorous technical drills that emphasize alignment, control, and rhythm before they ever step into a routine.
Why focus so heavily on the basics? Because raw enthusiasm fades without the technique to sustain it. Our barre work for jazz and street funk ensures that students—whether they are five or nineteen—develop the strength to prevent injury and the precision to command the stage. We maintain strict class etiquette, treating every session as an opportunity for refinement.
Our facility in Andheri West features professional sprung floors to protect joints during high-impact training and mirrors to facilitate instant self-correction. We do not mass-produce dancers. Batches are kept small and age-segregated, allowing me to provide the direct, often rigorous feedback required to turn potential into performance. If you are looking for a place to merely pass time, this is not it. If you want to understand what your body is truly capable of, we are ready to build that foundation with you.
Ratika Ram Kumar
I founded this school because I grew tired of seeing training that ignored basic anatomy and form. My approach is direct: we work the drills until they are perfect, then we work them again. I want dancers who possess both the grit to train for hours and the elegance to execute every move with intent.
