Architectural Design & Consultancy
Concept & Visualization
- Space Planning: 2D layout options focusing on flow and function with 2 to 3 iterations.
- Moodboarding: Physical and digital curation of material palettes including veneers, fabrics, and stone samples.
- 3D Visualization: High quality renders (2 views per major room) to visualize the design intent before execution.
Technical Documentation (GFCs)
- Civil & MEP: Detailed plans for demolition, electrical looping, lighting layouts (track/magnetic), and plumbing points.
- Joinery Details: Millwork drawings for bespoke wardrobes, kitchens, and vanity units with internal specs.
- False Ceiling: Reflected ceiling plans integrating cove, recessed, and chandelier points.
Supervision
- Site Visits: Scheduled visits by the design team to ensure construction accuracy.
- Decor Styling: Assistance in selecting loose furniture, soft furnishings, and artifacts.
Premium Turnkey Execution
Civil & Finishes
- Flooring: Installation of premium Indian Marble or high end Vitrified Tiles in common areas and engineered wood in bedrooms.
- False Ceiling: Branded Gypsum ceiling (Saint Gobain/USG Boral) with shadow grooves, cove provisions, and veneer accents.
- Wall Treatments: Premium plastic emulsion paint with accent treatments like fluted paneling or wallpaper in key zones.
Fixed Woodwork
- Kitchen: Modular setup with marine ply carcass, Acrylic or PU coated shutters, Quartz countertops, and Blum/Hettich hardware.
- Wardrobes: Floor to ceiling height units using blockboard structure with Veneer and PU polish or tinted glass shutters with aluminum profiles.
- Vanities: Floating vanity counters with stone tops and under counter storage.
Electrical & Lighting
- Infrastructure: Complete rewiring using Polycab/Finolex wires and modular switches from Norisys/Legrand.
- Fixtures: Installation of architectural lighting including COB downlights, magnetic tracks, and LED strips.

Seating Configuration
- Statement Sofa: Custom 3 seater (7 to 8ft) with solid Teak internal frame, high density foam, and premium linen blend upholstery.
- Accent Chairs: Two signature armchairs crafted in solid Ash or Oak wood with exposed joinery and contrasting fabrics.
Tables & Storage
- Centre Table: Focal piece featuring a natural marble or granite top with a chamfered edge and sculptural base.
- Bespoke Console: One signature console unit featuring specialized finishes like High Gloss PU, fluted wood, or concrete texture.
- Side Table: Nesting or standalone side table in matching veneer or metal finish.
Soft Furnishings
- Rug: Large area rug (approx. 6x9 ft, hand tufted wool or viscose) selected to anchor the space.
- Accessories: Set of curated cushions with mixed patterns and solids.

My Story
We’re Devika and Raj, partners in life and at The Works Interiors. Been at this since '98. Design for us? It’s personal, like that console table Devika made—born from conquering her fear of water, shaped like a wave, real courage stuff. Travel’s a big deal for us too.
