I personally conduct venue recce visits to assess layouts and rain contingencies, which is vital whether we are planning in a Mumbai hotel or a destination property in Goa or Udaipur.

On the day itself, my on-site team of 8 to 10 coordinators is the engine room of your event. We manage guest logistics, from airport pickups to room blocks, and maintain a strict itinerary flow for entry cues, speeches, and DJ timings.
