Success in the ring is earned long before the bell rings. See how our fighters translate years of disciplined, daily training into podium finishes at national-level championships.

We are incredibly proud of our fighters, Abhishek R K and Abhishek D, seen here on the podium at the Golden Mongkhon Amateur National Muay Thai Championship. Both showed immense courage in their first-ever Muay Thai competition, with Abhishek R K securing a bronze medal.

A fantastic result from the Open State Kickboxing Championship. Our fighters Lakshmi, Abhishek, Balraj, and Rajith all secured gold medals, a clean sweep that speaks to their dedication and the high standard of our kickboxing program.

Our journey at the Golden Mongkhon tournament shows our growth and perseverance. From not winning any medals in 2021 to securing gold and bronze in 2023, and multiple wins in subsequent years, our progress is a testament to our continuous improvement.

About this collection

We didn't start on the podium. In 2021, our team walked away from the Golden Mongkhon championship with zero medals. Two years later, through grueling conditioning and daily sparring, those same students stood on the gold and bronze platforms. This isn't about trophies; it is proof that consistent, humble practice beats raw talent every single time.

At our dojo in St. Francis School, Koramangala, we treat competition as an extension of the classroom. Whether you are aiming for WAKO-affiliated tournaments or local inter-club bouts, the preparation remains the same: a relentless focus on technique and conditioning.

Why We Compete

Unlike schools where trainers stand on the sidelines, our coaches like Rajith and Balraj compete right alongside students. This keeps our curriculum current. We teach what actually works in the ring today, not outdated theory.

The Art of Eight Limbs

Muay Thai is called the 'art of eight limbs' for good reason—fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Our training balances the explosive power of Kickboxing with the tactical clinch work and strikes unique to Muay Thai. We do not just train you to punch; we train you to manage distance, handle pressure, and stay composed when the adrenaline spikes.

Your Path to the Ring

Most of our fighters start in our regular batches before moving to the fight team. If you are looking to test your skills in sanctioned events, we provide the pathway, the sparring partners, and the conditioning required to step into the ring safely.

We provide specialized training for:

  • Muay Thai: Clinching, leg kicks, and elbow strikes.
  • Kickboxing: High-intensity combinations and ring movement.
  • Conditioning: Old-school calisthenics to build the stamina required for a 3-round bout.

Whether your goal is a national gold medal or simply the confidence that comes from being ring-ready, the process remains the same. You show up, you train, and you grow.
