We usually need about four to six hours to transform a space, handling everything from rigging our 12ft backdrops to precision-placing every balloon. We coordinate with your venue’s management to ensure we are completely set up before your guests walk through the door, so you never have to deal with the pre-party scramble.

Our Setup Process

When you hire us, you are not just getting decor; you are getting a team that treats your venue like a blank canvas. Whether we are rolling into a banquet hall in South Mumbai or setting up a compact home party, our workflow is designed to manage the chaos so you don't have to.

Planning & Prep Before we arrive, we have already handled the design specs for your theme—be it a space mission or a 40th birthday disco. We prep our props, test our LED neon signs, and pack our balloon kits at our Prabhadevi office.

The Transformation Once we are on-site, it is all about the details. For our Signature Banquet packages, our team focuses on:

• Structure: Building out the 12ft backdrops and grand entrance arches.
• Depth: Layering organic balloon garlands to add texture, not just volume.
• Lighting: Strategic placement of PAR LED lights to ensure the shimmer walls actually shimmer.

The Cleanup Part of our service includes dismantling. Once the party is over and the guests have left, we return to tear down the props, pack up the gear, and ensure the venue is left as we found it. You just show up, party, and head home.
