About Behind The Scenes
A lot of people ask how we get the backdrops so perfect. It is not just about sticking cutouts on a wall. It is precise placement, securing those 3D superhero figures, and ensuring the balloon garland is balanced so nothing tilts during the party. Whether it is a Princess theme or an Avengers setup, I am usually on the floor making sure the base is rock solid before we even think about sound checks.
When you book me, you are not just getting an anchor. You are getting a team that handles the full production. As I always say, 'Balloons abhi baaki hai mere dost'—it is my way of saying we are just getting started.
My work process starts with the logistics that most people never see. For our theme parties in Borivali or Navi Mumbai, we arrive hours before the guests to assemble 8ft backdrops, set up the DJ console, and test the audio levels.
I handle the technical setup myself, including:
- Balloon Architecture: From 3D rings to massive balloon arches, we use heavy-duty masking and structural tape so the decor stays up for the entire event duration.
- Sound & Tech: We do not just put a speaker in the corner. We set up the DJ console, mic, and mixer to ensure the music and announcements are crisp.
- Character Cutouts: We place our life-sized cutouts, like Hulk or Iron Man, so they look great in photos and create the perfect backdrop for your kids' birthday party.
We have been working with some families in Borivali for three years straight, and that trust comes from knowing I do not hand off the heavy lifting to someone else. I am on-site to make sure the Iron Man cutout is straight and the balloon colors pop exactly how they should.
