Backdrop & Structure
- Configuration: 8ft x 8ft main backdrop setup consisting of 2-3 panel arches (painted in theme colors) or a circular ring setup.
- Balloon Styling: Organic garland (L-shaped or semi-arch) using approx 300+ matte/pastel balloons in varied sizes (5, 10, 18 inch).
- Floral Accents: Artificial floral bunches (Roses, Hydrangeas) mixed with dried pampas grass or palm spears.
Seating & Props
- Throne Chair: One Premium Wicker Peacock Chair or Velvet High-Back Sofa Chair for the mom-to-be.
- Decor: Small floral bouquet attached to the chair arm and a thematic cushion.
- Display: Set of 3 cylinder plinths for cake/favors and a rug for the photo zone.
Lighting & Signage
- Signage: Rental of one standard neon sign (e.g., 'Oh Baby').
- Lighting: 2-4 LED PAR lights to illuminate the backdrop.
Complete Venue Theme Decor (Stage + Entrance + Tables)
Main Stage & Photo Zone
- Expanded Backdrop: Multi-layered setup (approx 10ft-12ft wide) with painted arches, shimmer walls, or printed flex designs.
- Balloon Art: Heavy volume organic balloon arch (400-500 balloons) using double-stuffing technique for custom opaque colors.
- Cutouts: 2-3 large foam board cutouts (e.g., 3ft Honey Bees, Teddy Bears, or Clouds).
- Seating: Wicker Peacock Chair or Loveseat for the couple.
Entrance Decor
