You don't see the hours spent balancing on ladders or the team debating color palettes at 3 AM. Every backdrop you see here started as a messy sketch, followed by hours of manual assembly. We don’t just inflate balloons; we build custom wooden structures, wire marquee lights, and hand-finish props on-site because that’s the only way to get everything perfectly aligned.
How We Build the Magic
People often see the final, Instagram-ready photo and assume the setup just appeared. The reality? It’s a mix of strategic planning and manual labor. Whether it’s a birthday in Mumbai or a mall activation in Bangalore, the process remains the same.
1. The Concept & Sketch Before a single balloon is inflated, we start with a rough sketch. We take your vague ideas or Pinterest inspiration and figure out the structural reality—can we hang this? Will this backdrop support the weight of a heavy garland? We map out the dimensions of your venue, whether it’s a compact living room or a large banquet hall.
2. Custom Fabrication We don't just use pre-made kits. Our team builds wooden frames, paints props, and wires neon signage in our workshop. If you want a specific theme, we’re cutting custom foam shapes or sourcing specific fringe curtains to match the vibe. This is why our setups look different every time; we are building from scratch.
3. The On-Site Hustle This is the part you don't see. Our team arrives, hauls in the materials, and sets up the foundation. We use 'organic' balloon garland techniques, mixing different sizes—from tiny 5-inch balloons to massive statement pieces—to create that textured, non-plastic look. We’re up on ladders, taping, wiring, and finishing the details until the last minute.
We don't rely on 'magic.' We rely on consistent effort, the right tools, and the knowledge of how to make a 6ft arch stand firm without falling over. If you're planning an event, know that this is the level of detail we bring to every job.
