Pottery Workshops for Corporate Teams and Groups
Ditch the conference room for the potter's wheel. These sessions are about shared laughter, a little bit of mess, and creating something real together in the heart of Delhi.
A fantastic corporate pottery workshop in full swing. It's amazing to see colleagues become clay artists for a day, working together and creating a table full of unique pieces.
I love starting workshops with a short talk, sharing the philosophy of clay and explaining the techniques we'll be using. It sets the stage for a day of creative exploration.
The happy, creative team from the Art for Change Foundation after a fulfilling ceramic workshop at my studio. Look at all those proud faces!
A group of students gathered around for a demonstration. Sharing knowledge and seeing the spark of understanding is one of the best parts of teaching.
A demonstration for students from the IIP Foundation. The studio was filled with curiosity and creative energy. It's a great setting for learning.

About Unwind & Connect: Corporate & Group Workshops
You do not need prior art experience to start here. In these 2.5-hour sessions, we move past the stiff office vibe to focus on wheel throwing and hand-building basics. It gets messy, things will flop, but that is the point. You leave with clay on your hands and, after we glaze and fire your best pieces, a memory you actually made.
My studio in Jona Pur has hosted everyone from corporate teams to students from the IIP Foundation. Whether you are a small team looking to bond or a group of friends trying something new, the goal is the same: to get your hands dirty and disconnect from the digital noise.
What to Expect
We keep the atmosphere relaxed. We start with the basics of wedging and centering. Then, you move to the wheel or try your hand at slab building to create cups or bowls. You do not need to worry about the cleanup or the finish—we handle all the trimming, handle attachment, and the double firing process.
The Process
We fire your work in two stages: a bisque firing at 900 C and a glaze firing at 1200 C. This ensures your pieces are durable. Because clay needs time to dry, shrink, and be fired, your finished ceramics will be ready for collection about 3 to 4 weeks after the workshop. We box them up so you can easily transport them back to the office or your home.
Why This Works
Clay is an equalizer. When you are sitting at a wheel, titles do not matter as much as clay consistency and pressure. It is a space where mistakes are expected—Artist ka matlab hai galti karna (Being an artist means making mistakes). If you are looking for a sterile, corporate-style training, this is not it. But if you want a space where your team can actually laugh, create, and see a tangible result of their time together, you will fit right in.
The Potter's Life
I am Suvajit. In my studio, I do not care about making perfect, factory-made pots. I care about the moment you realize you can shape clay with your own hands. I have hosted everyone from corporate teams to art students, and the joy is always the same—it is just people and clay, forgetting their screens for a few hours.
