This program, created with my wellness kitchen partners, is about flooding your body with nutrient-dense, whole foods that reduce inflammation and help with that heavy, bloated feeling. It is designed to be a short-term, intensive reset, especially useful before a big event or after a period of overindulgence.
What Is Included
We deliver your meals daily so everything stays fresh. Your 3-day protocol includes:
