My Food Philosophy
For me, food is fuel, not something to fear. I look at nutrition like I do Pilates - it's about quality, not quantity. No starving, no extreme diets. I want you to feel good about eating, not guilty. Balance is my main rule - have your mithai (sweets) during Diwali, just balance it out with smart choices and movement.
My Nutrition Coaching Style
- I don’t hand out strict meal charts nobody can follow. Instead, I help you understand your body and make changes that actually fit your life.
- What works for your friend might not work for you. We figure out your unique plan together.
- Special attention for women in their 40s - your needs change, so your nutrition should too. Think more lean protein, lots of colourful veggies, and good hydration.
- If you're a bride-to-be, we’ll focus on sculpting, glowing skin, and practical nutrition for crazy wedding weeks.
Cleanse Program
I’ve teamed up with a wellness kitchen to offer a plant-based cleanse program. Meals are ready-to-eat, full of superfoods, and delivered to your door. Each day comes with a smoothie, salad, soup, and a detox drink - zero faff, all taste.

My Story
People ask how Pilates landed in India — well, it’s a family thing. My dad, Samir Purohit, and I kicked it off together. We started with a tiny studio, and now it’s 30+ spots, wild ride! I’m all about training smart, not just hard. Worked with cricketers, Bollywood folks, but honestly, seeing anyone find their own strength or get rid of back pain is the best bit. Pilates for me isn’t just fitness, it’s connecting mind and body, building power from inside. That’s the real magic.
