Every topper you see here is designed to be more than just a decoration. We hand-assemble these pieces using 250+ GSM premium cardstock or sturdy acrylic, so they sit perfectly on buttercream or ganache without wilting. This dreamy custom cake is one of my favorites, featuring delicate wafer paper ruffles and a cascade of handmade sugar flowers in soft pastel shades. It’s a perfect example of how I can turn a simple idea into an elegant centerpiece for a wedding or engagement.7
It was an absolute honor to create this multi-tiered floral engagement cake for Shloka and Akash Ambani. I am so grateful for the trust the Ambani family has placed in me for over 10 years to be a part of their most special celebrations.
For the Master Blaster, Sachin Tendulkar, I designed this special cricket themed birthday cake. It features a black and grey marbled tier, edible gold leaf, and a sculpted sugar cricket bat and wickets, making it a truly personal and celebratory piece.

This two-tiered floral boho dream cake was a labour of love, taking two full days to create. The combination of royal blue and burgundy, along with delicate handmade sugar flowers, makes for a truly unique centerpiece for any grand celebration.8
Who says you need fondant for a fun theme? This 3kg car-themed cake is covered in my signature, silky buttercream. Inside, it's packed with rich chocolate layers and my special in-house orange marmalade.
This black and gold two-tier cake is all about modern elegance. It's a 2kg Black Forest cake, but not the ordinary kind. I layer it with my own homemade cherry compote for a flavour that's as sophisticated as the design.
