About Digital Portraits & Illustrations
For bigger projects, I always share a digital mockup before we commit to the final render. It’s my way of making sure we’re both on the same page regarding the vibe and composition. You get a say in the sketch phase, so by the time I add the color and details, it’s exactly what you imagined.
My approach is all about making the process as transparent as possible—sab kuch simple hai. I offer two main types of digital work to fit what you need.
Photo-Based Illustrations If you have a favorite photo—a candid from a trip or a portrait you love—I use that as the base. I blur or keep the background and overlay a 2D cartoon or doodle style. This is great for unique gifts or social media avatars. You get high-res JPEG and PNG files (300 DPI) that look crisp even if you want to print them up to A3 size.
Custom Concept Paintings This is where I start from a blank canvas. No tracing. These are deeper, more complex pieces focusing on cyberpunk, urban, or pop-art aesthetics. I spend time getting the lighting and the geometric shapes just right. Because these are original pieces, I present a rough outline first, followed by two rounds of revisions—one for structure, one for the final color grading.
Everything is done in Procreate. You get high-res files ready to go, and while I keep the commercial rights for my own portfolio, the art is yours to use for your personal walls, wallpapers, or frames. Just send over your idea and let’s get creating.
