Custom Hand-Painted Sneakers in Mumbai
Your sneakers, your story. I turn everyday footwear into one-of-a-kind art that you can actually wear out. Whether it is anime, cityscapes, or a wild concept, let us make it happen.
For all the anime fans, this one was a blast. I designed this pair of custom Nike Jordans with a split Naruto and Sasuke theme, bringing the iconic manga panels to life with vibrant colors.
Here’s a look at my process. For this pair of Adidas Stan Smiths, I created a digital mockup on Procreate first, showing the client how the four city themes would look before I started painting the final design.
This project shows how I can tackle any idea. I designed these "Under Construction" themed sneakers for a ready mix concrete company, turning industrial elements like cranes and cement mixers into wearable art.
The other side of the "Under Construction" custom Nike Jordans, featuring a cement mixer truck and bold, graphic warning signs. This was a fun challenge that pushed me out of my comfort zone.
A detail shot of the construction-themed custom sneaker, where the Nike swoosh is transformed into a crane hook. It's these little details that make a custom design special.

About Custom Kicks
The paint I use is professional grade and designed for daily wear. Once your design is set and sealed, you do not have to baby these shoes because they are meant to be worn, scuffed, and lived in.
Every project begins with a simple idea. I typically start by sketching out a concept, often creating a digital mockup on my iPad first so you can see exactly how the design will look on your specific shoe before I touch a single brush to the surface.
I work on all types of footwear, from classic Nike Jordans and Adidas Stan Smiths to leather boots and fabric slip-ons. For the actual painting, I use Angelus leather paints, which are standard in the sneaker customization community because they bond to the material and do not crack when you walk. After the paint is applied, I finish every piece with a protective matte or glossy sealant to ensure the artwork stays vibrant through rain, dust, and long city walks.
Whether you are looking for intricate anime panels, graffiti-style lettering, or something like the construction-themed sneakers I designed for a local firm, the process is the same. I want the shoes to reflect your personality. If you have an old pair sitting in your closet that needs a second life, or a brand new pair you want to personalize, let us chat about the possibilities.
