My Featured Collection

I believe art is at its best when it is honest and personal. Here is a look at the various styles I work with, from intricate pen-and-ink drawings and meditative mandalas to textured canvas paintings and digital portraits.

This is what my brand 'The Messy Hand' is all about. I believe the most honest art comes from embracing the process, and for me, that means getting my hands covered in paint while bringing a piece to life.

This is one of my favorite portraits, created with soft pastels. I focused on capturing the character and story in his expression, using layers of color to build realistic skin tones and textures. This piece is a testament to patience and attention to detail.

A serene landscape painting of a lone boat, created using a palette knife and acrylics on canvas. I love using thick textures to give the water and sky a sense of movement and depth, making it a piece you can almost feel.

A close-up of a large mandala mural I painted. This piece was a meditative journey in itself, with every line and dot placed carefully to create a sense of balance and intricacy. It shows my love for detailed, monochrome pattern work.

A digital portrait of Krishna, focusing on the vibrant details of his adornments. Created on Procreate, this piece blends traditional spiritual imagery with modern digital painting techniques, resulting in a colorful and divine artwork.

Titled 'Be the hand someone can hold', this piece was created entirely with tiny dots using a technique called stippling. I used Micron pens on watercolor paper to convey a powerful emotion of connection and support through this detailed ink drawing.

An animated digital painting of a bonfire in the jungle. I created this piece to capture the cozy feeling of a winter night, bringing the scene to life with the subtle flicker of the flames. This shows my exploration into digital animation on Procreate.

About this collection

Every framed ink and stippling piece I create uses 200 to 300 GSM archival paper and micron pens, ensuring the ink stays sharp for years. When I pack your order, I use professional corner protectors and bubble wrap to ensure the glass frame reaches you without a scratch, so you can hang it the moment it arrives.

My Approach to Art

I treat my art like a conversation. Whether I am working on a complex mandala mural or a simple stippling drawing, I focus on the texture and the feeling behind the work. My process varies by medium, but the intent remains the same.

Acrylics and Texture

For my canvas work, I love using a palette knife to build layers of paint. This adds a physical depth to the landscape or still life that brushes alone cannot achieve. Once the paint is dry, I seal every canvas with a gloss or matte varnish to keep the colors from fading and protect them from dust.

The Discipline of Ink

My stippling and mandala work requires a different kind of patience. I use Micron and Staedtler pens to place thousands of dots on the paper to build form and shadow. Because this is so detailed, I only use heavy, artist-grade watercolor paper. It holds the ink perfectly and does not buckle, which keeps the geometry of my mandalas looking precise.

Custom Commissions

If you have an idea for a mural or a personalized portrait, I start by understanding the mood you want to create. I don't use templates. Every mural or commission is painted from scratch. Whether you want a Krishna portrait for your home or a calming mandala for your office, I work with you to ensure the final piece feels like it belongs in your space.

Everything I make is signed by hand, because I believe the imperfection is where the character lives. If you are looking for art that has a story instead of a mass-produced look, you have come to the right place.

I'm Naina, and I’m the messy hand behind all these pieces. I don’t just make art to fill walls; I paint to process my own days, so every brushstroke carries a bit of that human energy. If you’re looking for something that feels real, whether it’s a custom mural or a portrait, I’d love to help you bring that idea to life.
