Why I Paint
Art is how I slow down. Painting pulls me out of the everyday noise - some days, it’s pure joy, other days it’s my way of letting go. My studio is full of pieces made in every mood, not always perfect, but always honest. The mess is part of the story.
What You’ll Find
Every artwork here is original and ready to hang. I make:
- Handmade canvas paintings (acrylic, oil, lots of palette knife texture) - from calm landscapes to original wildlife paintings
- Framed drawings & introspective portrait drawings - soft pastels, charcoal, sometimes a spiritual vibe like my Meditating Krishna series
- Modern mandala artwork - detailed, meditative, sometimes just black and white, sometimes with a pop of color
- Pen & ink pieces - stippling, line art, always detailed, exploring nature or city life
My Process
My hands get messy but I don’t compromise on quality. I use:
- Pre-stretched canvas, pastel sheets, watercolor paper
- Camlin and Faber-Castell paints, Staedtler and Micron pens
Some days, things go wrong. That’s how the best pieces happen - by not forcing perfection.

Hey, I’m Naina, but folks call me The Messy Hand. Art’s never been neat for me—paint on my hands, ideas all over the place. When life’s up or down, I find myself painting anyway. Mandalas are my jam—drawing them is like meditation, a way to zone out and zone in at the same time. I mess up, I learn, I keep going. That’s the fun, na?
