About Mandala Art Workshops
Why I Teach Mandala Art
Art is my way to zone out from the day-to-day chaos. Making mandalas feels like a brain reset for me - it's calming, helps me focus, and sometimes, it’s the only way I get a little shanti (peace) in my life. I started these workshops because I wanted others to experience that same chill vibe and mental clarity.
Who Can Join?
Honestly, you don’t need to be a pro or even know how to draw straight lines. If you’re a total beginner, you’ll fit right in. My workshops are all about learning from scratch, messing up, and actually enjoying the process. If you want a new creative break or just want to try something different, this is for you.
What Happens in the Workshop
- I’ll walk you through what a mandala really is, the stories behind it, and why it’s more than just pretty circles
- We start with the base - learning how to build the grid and circles for a symmetrical design
- You’ll get hands-on with drawing patterns, mixing up geometric and floral elements
- We’ll use fineliner pens and simple tricks to add depth and detail
- I keep it step-by-step, so you’ll go from a blank page to finishing your own mandala
My ‘Messy Hand’ Philosophy
There’s no shortcut here. You’ll goof up, lines will go wonky, and that’s all part of the deal. I believe art is more about enjoying the process than getting it perfect. My workshops are a place to practice, experiment, and find your own groove - no judgement, just art.

The Messy Hand
My Story
Hey, I’m Naina, but folks call me The Messy Hand. Art’s never been neat for me—paint on my hands, ideas all over the place. When life’s up or down, I find myself painting anyway. Mandalas are my jam—drawing them is like meditation, a way to zone out and zone in at the same time. I mess up, I learn, I keep going. That’s the fun, na?
