Basic Softscaping & Lawn Setup

- Turfing: Installation of 'Lush' Artificial Grass (35mm-40mm pile height, dual tone) OR Natural Lawn (Mexican Carpet/Selection No. 1) with anti-termite treatment.
- Base Prep: Ground levelling, debris removal, and laying of gravel/sand bed for drainage or soil enrichment.
Plantation & Horticulture
- Border Planting: Two-layer border plantation using hardy shrubs (Crotons, Arecas, or flowering hedges).
- Soil Work: Supply and filling of garden mix (Red soil + Vermicompost + Cocopeat) for planter beds.
Basic Illumination
- Focus Lights: Installation of basic LED spike lights (weatherproof IP65) to highlight existing trees or corners (approx. 1 point per 200 sq. ft.).
Hardscaping, Decking & Pergolas
Structural Hardscaping
- Decks & Paving: Installation of WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) decking or natural stone pathways (Sadarahalli/Kota stone) with river pebble borders.
- Shade Structures: Construction of a Pergola or Gazebo using MS framework with weather-proof wood-finish louvers or fabric tensile roofing.

- Focal Points: Installation of one major feature: Stone Water Fountain, Firepit zone, or a 'Statement Tree' with circular seating.
- Furniture: Sourcing and placement of outdoor-grade Rattan/Wicker furniture (L-shaped lounge sets or Apple Chair sets).
