Balcony Makeover & Vertical Garden Setup
Flooring & Vertical Elements
- Decking or Turf: Installation of high-density artificial grass (35mm pile height) or WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) interlocking deck tiles.
- Vertical Green Wall: Modular system (approx. 20-25 sq. ft.) using plastic frames and drip-trays mounted on an accent wall.
Plant Selection & Planters
- Potted Plants: Supply of 15-20 shade-tolerant and air-purifying plants (e.g., Snake Plants, ZZ Plants, Ferns).
- Planters: Premium FRP or ceramic pots in matte finishes (White/Grey/Terracotta).
- Soil: Nutrient-rich mix with vermicompost and cocopeat.
Lighting & Finish
- Lighting: Weatherproof string lights (warm white) or 2 LED wall sconces.
- Detailing: Polished white or river pebble borders for flooring edges.
- Design: Includes basic 2D layout plan.
Rooftop Terrace Development & Pergola Installation
Structures & Seating
- Pergola: 10'x10' MS framework structure with weather-proof wood-finish paint or WPC louvers.
- Seating: Wooden swing with stand OR custom-built masonry bench with outdoor-grade water-repellent cushions.
Flooring & Hardscaping
- Turf & Stone: Premium artificial turf (45mm density) combined with sandstone/granite pavers or stepping stones.
- Prep Work: Basic surface inspection and minor grouting repairs prior to installation.
Planting & Ambience
- Screening: Tall perimeter plants (Areca Palms or Bamboo) to block views and enhance privacy.
- Lighting Package: IP65 rated hanging lamps for the pergola, LED strip lighting under seating, and spike lights for plants.
- Design: Full 3D visualization provided before execution.
Turnkey Ground Landscaping & Civil Works
Civil Works & Soil
- Grading: Levelling and dressing ground for proper slope and drainage.
- Soil Prep: Application of 6-inch layer of red soil, organic compost, and manure mix.
- Irrigation: Semi-automated drip irrigation system and sprinkler network.
Softscaping
- Lawn: Installation of Selection-1 or Mexican Carpet grass sods.
- Planting: Mix of ground covers, flowering shrubs, and specimen trees (native/indigenous selection).
- Care: First month maintenance and organic pest control included.
Hardscaping Features
- Water Feature: Construction of a small-to-medium decorative water body (Zen pebble fountain or Koi pond) with filtration pump.
- Paving: Natural stone pathways (Kota/Shahabad stone) and dedicated patio area (approx. 10-15% of total area).

From First Walkthrough to Final Leaf
- We always start with a site visit. I’ll walk around, listen to what you want, and share ideas on the spot.
- You get a 3D design before I lift a shovel - so no surprises. Want a kids’ play zone or a cozy chai (tea) nook? You’ll see it all first.
- After that, my team handles everything - prepping soil with compost, picking the right plants, and setting up paths, lights, and water features. Total makeover, shuru se (from scratch).

- Softscaping: Natural or artificial lawns, native plant landscaping, kitchen gardens, butterfly corners.
- Hardscaping: Patios, decks, stone walkways, chill spots like gazebos.
