- Welcome Drinks: 2 fresh mocktail varieties (e.g., Virgin Mojito, Watermelon Juice) in tall glasses.
- Starters: 4-5 pass-around snacks (3 Veg, 2 Non-Veg) including signature Galouti Kabab and Paneer Tikka.
- Main Course: Dal Makhani (slow-cooked), Paneer Lababdar/Makhani, Seasonal Veg, Butter Chicken or Mutton Rogan Josh.
- Staples: Jeera Rice, assorted tandoori breads (Naan, Roti, Paratha), Green Salad, Raita, and accompaniments.
- Dessert: 2 sweet options (e.g., Gulab Jamun, Moong Dal Halwa).
- Water: Unlimited 200ml sealed water bottles.
Service & Setup
- Crockery: Premium white bone-china plates, heavy stainless steel cutlery, and crystal glassware.
