I designed these meals to fix the taste gayab (taste missing) problem that usually ruins low-carb diets. When you're trying to shift your body from burning carbs to burning fat—a.k.a. ketosis—you need a specific fuel mix. Eat too many carbs and you're out; eat too much protein and your body just converts it to sugar. It’s a delicate balance.
