About Our Meal Selection

Every bowl I prep is calculated for macro-balance, typically packing 450–550 kcal with 25g–30g of protein. Instead of guessing your daily intake, you get a clean, portion-controlled meal delivered fresh, so you can stop spending your weekends meal prepping.

I started this because I know how frustrating it is to finish a tough workout in Navi Mumbai only to grab unhealthy food because you're too exhausted to cook. Meal prep is often either time-consuming or bland. My approach fixes that by focusing on two things: flavor and function.

How the Meals Work

  • Portion Control: Every meal uses a single-compartment bowl to keep things tidy and portable. You get consistent quality, whether it's a Chicken Greek Salad or an Orange Chicken Rice Bowl.
  • Fresh, Not Frozen: I do not freeze meals. Your order arrives fresh, maintaining the texture and nutrient profile of the ingredients. This is critical for recovery, especially if you are tracking specific macros.
  • Customization: I work with your fitness goals. If you are bulking, we keep the complex carb portions like brown rice or quinoa. If you are cutting, I can swap those out for extra veggies. You can also flag exclusions like no dairy or no potatoes.

Delivery Across Navi Mumbai

I deliver to home addresses and major gyms across Nerul, Vashi, Kharghar, and Seawoods. If you are training at places like One Above or ShredX, I can coordinate with the reception to ensure your post-workout fuel is waiting for you. My subscriptions are flexible—you can pause them with 24-hour notice, and credits are carried forward to the next cycle.
