We didn’t start at BrightFarms, but finding this patch of green in Thubarahalli changed everything for us. Our kitchen crew and the team on the floor are the real secret sauce behind those live music nights and pet-friendly brunches you love, keeping the energy buzzing from the first cord struck at 8 PM to the last plate cleared.
The journey of The Fat Chef has always been about one thing: creating a space that feels less like a commercial outlet and more like a backyard hangout. When we were scouting for a new home, we wanted something that offered a genuine escape from the Bangalore traffic. Finding this spot in Thubarahalli, with its open-air garden setting, felt like coming home. It allowed us to turn our vision into reality—a place where you can enjoy global cuisine under the open sky while the pets run around.
