Can't decide which pasta to make? Here’s a little inspiration showing the possibilities with my sauces, from a classic red sauce Arrabbiata to a fresh green pesto dish. Each one is a complete flavor base for your meal.
A step-by-step look at creating the perfect Arrabbiata pasta. My sauce does all the heavy lifting, providing a rich and spicy tomato base that coats every strand of spaghetti beautifully.
A light and refreshing pesto pasta salad made with farfalle. My basil pesto is versatile enough for both hot dishes and cold salads, made with fresh basil and quality ingredients for a bright, nutty flavor.
About Pasta Night, Perfected
Since we make these in small batches at our Whitefield kitchen without using any preservatives, they don't sit on a shelf for months. You will need to keep these in your fridge as soon as you get them. Just toss a few spoonfuls of our fresh basil pesto or spicy arrabbiata into your cooked pasta, and dinner is sorted in under ten minutes.
Bringing the Trattoria Home
I created these sauces because I wanted you to have a taste of my kitchen without the hours of chopping, sautéing, and reducing. Whether you are craving a quiet midweek dinner or hosting friends on a Sunday, these jars are your secret weapon for getting a professional-grade meal on the table in minutes.
What is Inside the Jar
We don't do shortcuts or weird additives. Everything is cooked fresh in our Whitefield space. Here is how you can use the range:
- Classic Basil Pesto: Made with fresh basil, olive oil, garlic, nuts, and hard cheese. It is vibrant and nutty. Use it hot with pasta, or stir it into a cold farfalle salad for lunch.
- Spicy Arrabbiata: A tangy, tomato-based sauce with chili flakes and Italian herbs. It packs a punch and coats every strand of spaghetti perfectly. If you want a quick dinner, just sauté some veggies, add this sauce, and toss in your boiled pasta.
- Sun Dried Tomato Pesto: Use this when you want a deeper, more concentrated flavor profile than standard pesto.
How to Get the Best Results
Because we avoid preservatives, these sauces are live products. Treat them like fresh produce—keep them refrigerated and finish them within a few days of opening. We package them in reusable glass jars, so once you are done, you have a solid jar for your pantry. If you are picking these up from our restaurant, feel free to ask us for a quick tip on how to pair them with our other dips or marinades.
