Featured Architectural Projects and Interior Designs
A hand-picked collection of my most transformative projects. From high-end hotel suites in Amritsar to immersive cafe interiors in Delhi, these spaces blend architectural precision with personalized design.
This hotel suite in Amritsar is a sanctuary of modern luxury. I designed this space to be a serene retreat, using a soothing palette of warm browns and beiges, complemented by a stunning feature chandelier and dedicated areas for both relaxation and work.
The facade of the Divine Retreat Inn was designed to make a bold first impression. I used a mix of modern materials, including textured metal cladding and large glass panels, to create a dynamic and visually striking exterior that is both contemporary and inviting.
Step inside this French-inspired cafe I designed in Delhi. The goal was to create an immersive atmosphere, combining classic checkered flooring and elegant lighting with comfortable, plush seating to transport guests to a Parisian bistro.
This hotel suite in Maihar showcases a blend of chic style and comfort. I focused on a warm, inviting color palette and integrated functional elements like a sleek TV console, a dedicated dressing area, and a cozy lounge space for a truly seamless guest experience.
Here you can see how I transform a 2D technical drawing into a vibrant, 3D masterpiece. This process is key to helping clients visualize their space with precision and clarity before construction even begins, ensuring the final result is exactly as imagined.
For this hotel facade concept, I explored flowing, organic shapes to symbolize the harmony between nature and urban life. The interplay of curved glass and contemporary lines creates a sense of movement and sophistication, promising a unique experience within.
In this Amritsar hotel suite, I used a dramatic black marble accent wall to create a focal point of modern luxury. The design balances bold materials like marble and wood with integrated lighting to craft an ambiance that is both sophisticated and warm.
About Featured
When I work on a project, I do not stop at the blueprint; I am on-site ensuring the actual material finish—whether it is the specific grain of Italian marble or the exact angle of a facade—matches the vision we finalized together. It is that hands-on attention to the physical texture of a space that turns a standard room into a sanctuary.
Architecture is rarely just about the structure; it is about how the light hits a wall, how the seating flow impacts a guest's comfort, and how the materials you touch every day feel under your hand.
The Hospitality Experience
My approach to hospitality design—whether for a luxury hotel suite in Amritsar or a boutique cafe in Delhi—centers on the guest's sensory experience. For suites, I focus on balancing comfort with aesthetics. I use layered lighting to define moods and custom furniture to maximize utility without clutter. In commercial spaces, the challenge changes; it becomes about brand identity. I integrate specific flooring transitions, bar counter layouts, and lighting plans to ensure the space is not just functional but memorable.
Materiality and Precision
I believe the difference between a good project and a great one lies in the details. I spend significant time selecting finishes—from textured metal cladding for hotel exteriors to high-gloss laminates for retail counters. For facade projects, I prioritize balancing modern elements like glass and concrete with structural requirements, ensuring the building commands attention from the street while remaining inviting.
The Process
Every project here went from a simple sketch to a finished reality because of a collaborative process. We look at everything from the initial technical drawings to the final site supervision. Whether it is a hotel in Maihar or a residential renovation in Gurgaon, my goal is to deliver a space that feels personal, polished, and ready for you to step into.
The Chhat Studio
I am Priya, and I believe every wall has a story to tell. I do not just design buildings; I craft the moments that happen inside them, from that quiet morning coffee to a guest's first impression of a hotel lobby.
