As a baker, there's some propaganda I just won't fall for. I will always invest in high-quality ingredients, never use compound chocolate, and believe that cake decorating is truly an art.
Here is day two of setting up a gorgeous engagement cake. Working with a healthy jowar cake and almond milk ganache presents its own challenges, but the result with these pressed flowers is so beautiful.

I started this in my home kitchen to prove that healthy, refined sugar-free treats do not have to be boring. Now, I have scaled that mission into a community of over 1000 students learning the art of millet-based baking.
