About Custom Celebration Cakes

Working with gluten-free flours like jowar and almond means our cakes have a different structure than standard maida cakes. We don't use chemical stabilizers, so we recommend taking the cake out of the fridge only 15 minutes before you are ready to cut it. This ensures the vegan ganache and fillings hold their shape perfectly for your photos, while still being soft enough for that first bite.
