About Artist Portraits
When you hire me for a studio project, I don't just record and vanish. Whether it's a remote session from my home setup in Bengaluru or coming over to your local studio, I treat every track as a collaboration. I focus on how the sitar fits your specific arrangement, providing raw, high-fidelity WAV stems that are ready for your mix, usually within 48 to 72 hours.
How We Can Work Together
My foundation is in Hindustani classical music, but I know that different projects need different sounds. I am comfortable switching between a slow, meditative alap for a film background score or fast, intricate taankari for a fusion track.
For Remote Recording If you aren't in Bengaluru, I can record from my home studio. I provide:
- High-fidelity raw audio stems (24-bit/48kHz, WAV format).
- Dry recordings, free of reverb, so you have full control during mixing.
- A two-round revision process to ensure the performance hits the right mood for your track.
For On-Site Sessions If you are based in Bengaluru, I am happy to join your team in the studio. A half-day session allows for real-time collaboration where we can experiment with different melodic ideas and textures on the spot.
My Musical Approach
I am not here to show off or overshadow your arrangement. My goal is to add a soulful, distinct layer to your music. I have experience working on film scores for Bollywood and regional cinema, as well as modern fusion projects.
