Behind the Scenes and Market Stalls

Step into my world beyond the studio. Here is where I show up, set up shop at local markets, and share the real, unpolished life of a one-woman jewelry maker.

All set up and ready for a weekend at the Geist Brewing Co. flea market. I love getting to display my work and meet all of you in person. Do visit if you are in the area.

Celebrating Friendship's Day at Suzy Q with a pop up stall. It is always a joy to showcase my handmade jewelry collections at local events and markets in Bangalore.

Who needs to pay for shipping when you can get another pair of gorgeous resin earrings instead? It's basically like getting free jewelry, right? A little girl math for you.

Meet the team behind The Olive Lane. It's a one woman show where I wear all the hats: designer, maker, marketer, and model. And I couldn't do it without the support of my husband, the investor and free labor.

Here is my setup for the day at the DLF flea market. My table is filled with handmade botanical jewelry, from earrings and pendants to bookmarks. I hope to see you here.

About Additional Work & Market Life

When I am not in my Bangalore studio, you can find me setting up stalls at local spots like Geist or DLF. It is my favorite way to connect, hear your stories in person, and help you find that one piece that feels right. If you are in the city, please stop by and say hello.

Running The Olive Lane is a lot of things, but it is rarely quiet. While I love the focus of working alone in my studio, the flea markets are where I get to see how you interact with my pieces. It is where I finally get to step away from the resin and meet the people who actually wear my jewelry.

The Reality of a One-Woman Show

People often ask about 'the team,' and while I sometimes joke about my husband being my investor and free labor, it really is just me behind everything. From the design and the messy resin pouring to the marketing and the actual setup at flea markets, I wear all the hats. It is slow, it is personal, and it is entirely made by hand. Because I do not mass-produce, every market stall I set up is unique—if you see something you love at a pop-up, grab it, because I likely will not have another exactly like it.

Why I Love the Markets

These pop-ups are the heart of my business. I get to explain the 'girl math' behind my jewelry, show you the pressed flowers up close, and help you choose pieces that match your vibe. Whether you are looking for festive earrings or a small keychain, these markets are the best place to see the textures and finishes in person. Keep an eye on my updates, and if you see me in your neighborhood, come say hi.

I am Pragya, the one-woman show behind The Olive Lane. I handle everything from picking flowers to setting up shop at markets, usually with my husband tagging along as my designated helper. I love the quiet of the studio, but meeting you in person at flea markets is always the highlight of my week.
