About Grand Entrances, Doors & Passageways
Your entrance needs to do two things: look distinct and feel functional. We use materials like Corian and wood, applying precise CNC cutting to create textures—like the fish-scale pattern in our latest project—that change how light hits your door. Beyond the entry, we design passageways to be part of the living space, not just a connector. Whether it is motion-sensor lighting that guides your path or concealed storage built into wall panels, we make sure every square inch serves a purpose.
For us, a front door is not just a barrier. It is an opportunity to set the tone for your entire home. We move away from standard, off-the-shelf options to build entryways that reflect your personality.
Why focus on the entrance?
It is the first thing you see when you arrive and the last thing you notice before you leave. We often use durable Corian because it allows for intricate 3D carvings that wood or laminate cannot achieve. By using CNC technology, we can create flowing, layered contours that look different depending on the time of day and the angle of the light.
Transforming your passageways
Most people ignore hallways, but we see them as transition spaces. We use techniques like:
- Smart Lighting: We integrate motion sensors into your floor or wall panels. As you walk down the passage, the light follows you. It is practical for night trips and adds a touch of modern luxury.
- Wall Paneling: We use fluted glass, fabric laminates, and wood to turn plain walls into design features. We can even hide utility doors or storage cabinets within these panels so they disappear into the wall.
- Material Mix: We often contrast dark wood with light walls or use bronze mirror inlays to create depth, making even narrow corridors feel wider and more inviting.
When you work with us, we look at the specific layout of your foyer or hallway. We do not apply the same design everywhere. We assess your floor space, your lighting needs, and your storage requirements before we suggest a design. If you have an idea, we will find a way to build it. Thay jaashe.
