I prepare each batch only after receiving your order, so everything arrives as fresh as possible. Whether you need a dozen fudgy brownies for an office snack or individual pastry slices for a gathering, I ensure each piece is packed in a clean, single-serve container so it stays moist and easy to serve.

The Brownies My jumbo brownies are designed for people who love a dense, fudgy texture. I use a high-quality cocoa base and load them with either premium walnuts or extra chocolate chunks. They are baked in large trays and cut into generous squares, ensuring the middle stays soft while the edges get that perfect, slightly chewy crust.
Dessert Slices & Pizza Cake The Pizza Style Cake is one of my personal favourites. It is a large, round cake pre-cut into eight distinct slices, decorated with vibrant, piped frosting. It is a great alternative to a standard cake if you want to offer different flavours at once, like Rasmalai or Mango. My pastry slices are also a hit for smaller gatherings—triangular, cream-layered pieces that are easy to pick up and enjoy without needing a knife and plate.
Freshness & Process Since I run a home-based setup, I do not store inventory. Everything is 100% eggless and prepared after you confirm your order. This means I need at least 2 days to source fresh ingredients and complete the baking process. If you are planning a dessert table for an event, I recommend ordering in advance so I can manage the timings and ensure everything is ready for your celebration.
