I don't just bake brownies; I create edible slabs that replace traditional cakes. You can customize the topping layout with Nutella, KitKat, or Ferrero Rocher, and I will even pipe a birthday message right onto the slab for you. It is perfect if you want something that looks unique and tastes better than a standard bakery sponge.
Everything starts with quality chocolate. My brownies are dense, fudgy, and completely eggless, which is how I have always baked them. Since I run a small kitchen here in Old Panvel, every slab is prepared only after you book it—no frozen stock.
Customization and Flavors
You can choose between a standard slab or a brownie tower for events. When it comes to toppings, I keep it generous. Nutella, Lotus Biscoff, Ferrero Rocher, KitKat, and Oreos are staples. If you have a specific theme or occasion like a birthday or anniversary, let me know. I can add edible fondant letters or heart-shaped biscuits to make the slab look like a personal greeting card.
