Classic Room Surprise Setup
Balloon Arrangement
- Ceiling Decor: 50 to 70 Metallic or Pastel Latex balloons attached to the ceiling using removal-friendly tape/glue dots. Includes hanging ribbons.
- Floor Scatter: 20 to 30 Loose balloons scattered on the floor to fill volume.
- Bunches: 2 small balloon bunches (5 balloons each) for corners or bedside tables.
Backdrop & Foils
- Main Banner: 1 Standard 'Happy Birthday' or 'Happy Anniversary' foil banner (16 inch height).
- Shimmer Wall: 2 strips of Foil Curtains (approx. 6ft drop) creating a photo zone.
- Theme Foils: 2 to 3 assorted foil balloons (Stars, Hearts, etc.) integrated into the backdrop.
Lighting
- Fairy Lights: 1 to 2 strings of LED serial lights draped over the curtains.

- Organic Garland: Mixed size balloons (5 inch to 18 inch) covering 50% to 70% of the ring circumference.

- Foil Accents: 2 to 3 Large character foils or 4D Orbs integrated into the arch.
Illumination & Props
- Neon Signage: Rental of generic neon light (e.g., 'Happy Birthday', 'Oh Baby').
- Cutouts: 1 to 2 small sunboard theme cutouts (2ft height).

Main Stage Setup
- Dimensions: Covers a stage area of approx 10ft x 8ft.
- Backdrop: Large 8x8ft customized Flex Banner (Star/Matte finish) on a wooden/truss frame.
- Extensions: 2 side panels (Green grass wall or sequin panels) to widen the look.
Themed Elements
- Character Cutouts: 3 to 5 Large Sunboard Cutouts (3ft to 4ft tall) placed on stage (e.g., Jungle animals, Castle).
- Custom Name: 16 inch Gold/Silver Foil letters placed on the floor or mounted on stage.
- Flooring: 6x4 ft Artificial Green Grass carpet patch for the cake cutting area.
Balloon Architecture
- Stage Decor: Large organic or spiral balloon arch framing the backdrop plus 2 corner pillars.

- Ceiling Rows: 4 to 6 Rows of air filled balloons strung across the ceiling using ribbons (Approx 100 to 150 balloons).
- Floor Pillars: 2 Standard Balloon Pillars (4ft height) with large star/round foil toppers.

How I Style Your Space
Balloons are my thing. Not just bunches - think organic balloon garlands, arches, even ceilings covered. I use latex, foil, and metallic balloons for names, ages, and your favourite cartoon characters.
Photo backdrop decoration is big for me. Shimmer walls, foil curtains, floral backdrops, custom banners, greenery - whatever makes your pics pop.
Lighting is key. I bring in marquee lighting decor, neon signs, fairy lights, and whatever else adds that glow.

Got a wild idea? I’ll run with it. I do everything from cartoon character cutouts for kids’ parties to classy floral themes for showers. Props, welcome boards, the whole deal.

Started off just wanting to spread a little joy, now we’re all over Gurugram, Delhi NCR, Bhiwadi – bringing the vibe to birthdays, anniversaries, you name it.
