How We Build Your Theme

When we plan a kids' birthday theme, we look at the whole space. It starts with the backdrop, which acts as the main photo zone for the cake cutting. Depending on the venue size, we use either a solid fabric drape or a custom-printed flex banner featuring your child’s name and photo. We then frame this with an organic balloon garland in the exact colour palette of the theme.

The Details That Matter

• Character Cutouts: We source life-size sunboard cutouts (3ft to 4ft) of your child’s favourite characters, like Minnie Mouse or forest animals for a jungle theme. These are placed strategically around the stage to add depth.
• Lighting: We use neon signage for a modern touch and marquee numbers to highlight the age being celebrated. Fairy lights are often added to shimmer walls to create a warm, magical glow.
• Customization: If you have a specific vision, share it with us. If you are unsure, we will suggest a theme based on your child's current interests. We have done everything from classic cartoon characters to vibrant rainbow themes.

Practical Planning for Your Venue

We decorate all kinds of spaces, from home living rooms to large banquet halls in Delhi NCR and Bhiwadi. For home setups, we use wall-safe tape and glue dots to ensure the decor is sturdy but easy to remove without damaging your walls. For large halls, we build out full 10ft stages with artificial grass flooring and separate entrance arches to welcome your guests. Please book at least a week in advance so we have enough time to print your custom backdrops and prepare the specific character cutouts you need.
